Hartford Family Winery
Hartford Family Winery, located in the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, California, is a family-owned winery known for its high-quality wines since its founding in 1994. Founded by Don and Jennifer Hartford, the winery focuses on producing single-vineyard Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and old vine Zinfandel. Each wine is a unique expression of the terroir and reflects the special characteristics of the vineyards.
Hartford Family Winery's vineyards are located in some of Sonoma County's most chilled viticultural regions, including the Russian River Valley, Green Valley, Sonoma Coast, Anderson Valley and Carneros. The cool conditions, combined with diverse soil types, provide ideal growing conditions for grapes with distinct character and complexity.
The winery produces wines under two labels: Hartford and Hartford Court. The Hartford Court label includes small-scale productions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, focusing on the unique characteristics of each vineyard. Under the Hartford label, old vine Zinfandels are bottled from selected vineyards in the Russian River Valley. These wines are known for their concentration, depth and expressive fruit aromas.
Hartford Family Winery offers visitors the chance to discover their diverse and award-winning wines at its tasting rooms in Forestville and Healdsburg.
