The Parajes is an elegant, refined red wine that reflects pure terroir. Sourced from stony vineyards in a cool climate, it offers freshness, balance and finesse.
In the glass: bright ruby red, with aromas of cherry, raspberry, floral notes and subtle spices. The palate is silky smooth with refined tannins and a fresh, long finish.
Aged 18 months in French oak, with a focus on fruit and elegance. Perfect with lamb, game or poultry.
