The 2022 Hartford Court Russian River Valley Chardonnay is a refined expression of Sonoma County's unique terroirs. This wine is an amalgamation of grapes sourced from carefully selected vineyards within the Russian River Valley, a region known for its cool climate and misty mornings, perfect for producing world-class Chardonnay.

The wine presents itself with a bright, golden yellow colour and a complex aroma of ripe peach, lemon zest, toasted almond and a hint of vanilla. On the palette, the Chardonnay offers a wonderful balance between rich, creamy textures and lively acidity, with notes of tropical fruit, brioche and a subtle minerality. The finish is long, layered and impressively elegant.

The 2022 Hartford Court Russian River Valley Chardonnay was fermented with native yeasts and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, 30% of which were new oak. This careful approach adds depth and complexity, without overpowering the fruit, and highlights the pure expression of the vines.
