General terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between Kemme Wines, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "the supplier", and the customer, hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the buyer". By using our services and products, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration and Account
1.1 To make purchases from Kemme Wines, you must create an account on our website. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. Please keep your account details confidential and do not share them with others.
1.2 You are responsible for all activities that take place under your account. Report us immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
2. Orders and delivery
2.1 By placing an order with Kemme Wines, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the specified products.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you immediately and refund any payments made.
2.3 Delivery of products will be made to the delivery address you provide. We aim to meet estimated delivery times, but we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Prices and payment
3.1 All prices are stated in Euros and are exclusive of VAT and other taxes, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments must be made at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest and collection costs.
4. Returns and cancellations
4.1 If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been
sent, we will accept the cancellation and refund any payments.
4.2 You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. Please contact us in advance to arrange the return.
5. Warranty and liability
5.1 We guarantee that our products meet the required quality standards. However, should you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
5.2 Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product for which the claim is made.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content and materials on our website are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You are not allowed to use, copy or distribute these contents without our express permission.

7.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
