The grapes for this wine are hand-harvested from several plots within the Sta. Rita Hills, where chalky soils and constant ocean breezes contribute to the fresh acidity and aromatic intensity. The 2021 vintage is characterised by a perfect balance of sunny days and cool nights, making for grapes with wonderful ripeness and vibrancy.

In the glass, the wine shows a vibrant ruby red colour. The bouquet is expressive and layered, with aromas of ripe red cherries, strawberries, rose petals and a hint of spice.
